During the past fifteen years, I worked almost solely with not-for-profit and government agencies in Canada and abroad. My work experience ranges from account management in advertising agencies to marketing management of not-for-profit agencies.

I have ad agency and client-side experience managing Canadian and international market research and creative campaigns. In addition, I possess advanced knowledge of why and how media work. I calmly manage details and budgets. I am a keen communicator attuned to how people relate to each other and to organizations.

For example - one of my clients, an agency working under the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, has asked me to improve their marketing communications. I was able to add value by developing effective, two-way communications practices - enhancing collaboration between the agency and its clients. I launched the project by conducting qualitative research that identified key issues and concerns among agencies. During the process, I developed a strategic communications plan in order to build and establish their brand identity.
